How do I register my company?

After signing up, you will be taken to the Company Registration page. Fill in your business details, verify your phone number with the activation code, then click Register Company.

How do I add employees?

Select your company from the Companies page, then go to Register Employee in the sidebar to add employee records.

How do I run payroll?

Navigate to Create Payroll n the sidebar. Enter the employee email, hours worked, hourly rate, and payroll date, then submit. The system calculates taxes and saves the payroll record.

How do I generate and download a W-2?

On the Employee Records page (Dashboard), select the year and company email, then click View W-2 or Download W-2 next to any employee.

How do I submit a W-2 to the IRS?

On the Employee Records page, click "Send W-2 to IRS" next to an employee. Ensure your SSA SFTP credentials are configured in the environment settings.

The activation code didn't arrive — what do I do?

Confirm your cell phone number and carrier are correct, then click Get Bank Account Activation Code again. Codes expire after 15 minutes. Make sure your carrier domain matches your mobile provider.
